Paris Hilton made a name for herself via bold wardrobe decisions and statement fashion choices, so it’s hardly surprising that she continues to turn heads today.
Now a mother of two, Paris has entered a new phase of her life, but she’s still every bit as capable of turning heads, as was evidenced at the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards last week.
As per reports, the 43-year-old’s cutout number for the event split opinion online. Some commenters openly admired her daring outfit, while others had more, shall we say… mixed views.
She may carry a famous name that gave her the initial platform to excel, but make no mistake about it: Paris Hilton’s reputation and star power are things she has worked tirelessly to attain over the years.
Since bursting onto the scene as an opinion-dividing young woman in the early 2000s, Paris has become a mainstay of the entertainment industry, particularly within the niche of fashion. Her perfume line alone raked in over $2.5 billion in revenue, as of 2020.
And though she’s now become a mother to two – son Phoenix and daughter London, both of whom were born via surrogate – she’s still no stranger to the flashing of cameras at red carpet events.
Last week the former model and actress donned a flashy Mugler ensemble for the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards, featuring a blazer dress accented by a number of intricate cutouts.
The outfit was characterized by sharp shoulders, a cinched waist, and a skirt that draped over a black underlay, offering numerous glimpses of skin.
And while there were plenty of fans ready to sing her praises online, there were also those who thought her fashion choice a tad too revealing.
“Your leggggggs!!!!” one person wrote.
“Crikey you’re HOT!!” said another.
A third commented: “I like the edgy look on you“.
A fourth added: “I mean those legs could make any outfit fire. Good lord.”
Of course, as is so often the case, there were also a number of detractors who couldn’t help by voice their opinions.
“Paris you don’t need to take photos like this,” one wrote.
A second opined: “You have young kids now. Dress how you would want them to dress.“
A third added: “How comfortable was this outfit, Paris?“
Only last week did Paris introduce her 5-month-old daughter Phoenix to the world, having held off from showing the girl’s face to the public on social media.
“With Mother’s Day around the corner, I couldn’t resist introducing the world to my baby girl London and sharing these precious moments of our family together,” Hilton told People.
“Phoenix and London are everything to me, and I feel like the luckiest woman in the world to be married to the love of my life and have our beautiful family. We make the absolute best team, and my life finally feels complete.”
