CARRIE Underwood fans were left dumbfounded at her latest Instagram post on Monday.

The 41-year-old star posed next to rapper Ludacris after she performed a residency show in Las Vegas at the Resorts World.

Carrie joked that Ludacris was the only person who could get her out to a night club following an intense show.

She uploaded videos of the rapper T-Pain performing from a club as she watched on back-stage.

In the first photo, they both posed for a photo with their arms around each other.

Ludacris donned gray cargo pants with a graphic whit T-shirt, while Carrie dressed in a similarly casual way.

She rocked a graphic Guns N’ Roses T-shirt with black leather trousers and matching boots.

Her blond locks were styled and she wore a huge yellow baseball cap, which had the words “Welcome to the jungle,” over the front.

Carrie wore heavy makeup, which accentuated her clear skin and prominent cheekbones.

“Pretty sure @ludacris is the only person who could get me out to the club after my show @resortsworldlv,” Carrie captioned the post.

“@zoukgrouplv was so much fun and we even got a fun surprise watching @tpain ! Thanks for a fun night out!”

Fans flooded the Instagram comment section with appreciation for the pair, while some felt that Carrie looked unrecognisable.

“She def looks alot different than she used to,” wrote one follower.

“Is that Carrie????? looks different,” added another.

“She looks totally different…not just clothes, but facial features,” said a third.

“Is that really Carrie Underwood?” asked a fourth.

IDOL DREAMING

This was not the first time fans slammed the star for looking different from her 2005 American Idol days.

Carrie recently posed for an advert to promote a new sports drink and followers thought she looked like a new person.

She wore a pink graphic T-shirt that she paired with black sports leggings.

Carrie leant over a kitchen surface and clutched the bottle while smiling.

Her skin looked pristine and wrinkle-free while her blond locks were lightly styled.

“Kicking off the busy weekend with my @DrinkBODYARMOR FLASH I.V. Sticks. It’s a must while working out or on the go! Zero Sugar, 2,220mg + electrolytes,” she captioned the post.

“It looks like she’s had work done. Doesn’t look the same. Why can’t they just be their natural selves?” wrote one critic.

“Is this AI or has she gone down the rabbit hole of plastic surgery?” questioned another.

“Who is that in the photo? AI doing overtime,” a third inquired.

“I didn’t even recognize you. You’ve always been stunning but this barely even looks like you,” remarked a fourth.
