Kaley Cuoco has taken a step back from Hollywood since welcoming her first child.

But she may have another priority, aside from her own career- helping her baby daddy, Tom Pelphrey, make it in the acting business.

“The magic in Kaley and Tom’s relationship, even more than becoming parents together, is the fact that Kaley has become a true believer in Tom and his work” a source told Life and Style. 

“She’s 100 percent on board for this guy and his whole presence and approach as an actor. Sure, this all started as an arranged hook-up set up by Kaley and Tom’s mutual manager, but nobody expected it to grow into what it’s become.”

The couple announced they were expecting a baby in 2022 shortly after going public with their relationship. Their daughter was born the following year.

“But Kaley is thinking big and making Tom into a star you can put on a poster or a billboard has been a holy mission for Kaley, something she’s willing to put her own career on the back burner for,” the insider went on.

While Kaley has dated famous faces before, including actors, the source says Kaley has never been focused on her pat partner’s careers in the same way she is with Tom.

“She was never this way with any of her exes, this is not a pattern for her, which is why it’s so striking and seems to be coming from a very loving place,” they shared.

Pelphrey is known for his compelling performances in television series such as Guiding Light, where he played Jonathan Randall, and Netflix’s Ozark, where he portrayed Ben Davis. His role in Ozark significantly boosted his profile, earning him critical acclaim.

In comparison, Kaley Cuoco has had a more extensive and high-profile career. She gained widespread fame for her role as Penny in the long-running sitcom The Big Bang Theory, which became a cultural phenomenon. Additionally, Cuoco has starred in the HBO Max series The Flight Attendant, which she also produced, while also transitioning into movies, one thing Tom has yet to maneuver.

Kalye’s success in the industry is evidence in her net worth. Cuoco’s net worth, estimated to be around $100 million, far exceeds Pelphrey’s, reflecting her higher earning power and the broader impact of her roles in popular and commercially successful television shows.

Still, now that they’re partners and parents-of-one, it sounds like Kaley and Tom are behaving like a joint unit, including when it comes to his career.
