Jessica Biel’s silence is speaking volumes after Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest, but those around her apparently aren’t afraid to voice their opinions.

A new report claims the actress’s friends are encouraging her to end the marriage following Timberlake’s latest scandal.

Why Jessica’s Friends Allegedly Think She Should Leave

“He just can’t escape this ‘cheater’ label, and it upset Jessica every time,” a source claimed to In Touch. “Her friends fear he’ll break her heart again: Do cheaters ever change?”

“Her friends think she’s married to a loser and hate that so much of her life is taken up with trying to get Justin to stay on the straight and narrow,” they went on. “But the arrest was a wake-up call: It’s time for her to realize she can’t do it alone. If he keeps going down this path, their marriage will be over.”

Last month, Justin was taken into custody in Sag Harbor, New York, on suspicion of driving under the influence. The actor insisted he had only consumed one drink while dining with friends, but officers reported detecting the odor of alcohol on his breath after observing reckless driving. Despite refusing to take a breathalyzer test, Justin was arrested and booked.

His lawyer was seen picking him up from jail within 24 hours, while Jessica maintained her silence both in person and online. He’s facing charges in a few weeks, though he’s continuing with his world tour.

Jessica Allegedly Almost Gave Up On Their Marriage Before

The recent report comes after a different source claimed Jessica was “embarrassed” by her husband’s actions, even though she’s publicly standing behind him.

“Jessica will be colossally disappointed and embarrassed that once again, Justin is in the headlines for all the wrong reasons,” a source told the U.S. Sun. “There’s going to be a lot of questions asked of Justin moving forward, without a doubt.”

“He clearly has this self-destructive streak that keeps rearing its head,” they added. “Jessica has shown the patience of a saint forgiving his various misdeeds over the past few years, but this is really testing her patience and then some.”

Another report says Biel was regretful to give their marriage a second chance following his alleged cheating scandal in 2019 involving his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright.

“He begged Jessica for a second chance and she gave it to him,” a source told In Touch. “But five years later, he still can’t seem to control himself when he’s partying. She can’t take much more of this behavior.”

Justin and Jessica have been married since October 19, 2012. Their relationship began in 2007, and after several years of dating, they tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in Italy.
