The star, 61, has been spending time at Juice Master Retreats in Portugal, which she credited with making her feel “healthy, strong and happy”.
In view of her 241,000 followers, the former Countdown presenter bid farewell to the retreat, while showcasing the results of her hard work.
The star donned a silver and gold bikini which hugged her incredible curves as she enjoyed scenic views.
