Tommy Fury’s publishers have held crisis meetings about his forthcoming autobiography, which has glowing chapters about his relationship with Molly-Mae
The price of the book – due for release in October – has already been cut from £25 to £12.50
Molly-Mae has been spotted looking sombre since dumping Tommy – causing problems for the book’s publishers
The price of his book — Lightning Can Strike Twice: My Life as a Fury, which is due for release in October — has already been slashed by 50 per cent on Amazon from £25 to £12.50.
Insiders said the team behind it are trying to work out a way forward with Tommy, 25, and may include a new chapter on the couple’s separation.
A source said: “There’s major concern over the impact of the revelations. The price has been reduced already and this new storm is making it harder to sell — especially given all his gushing about his life with Molly-Mae and their daughter Bambi.
“Without a new chapter, the book is outdated. Meetings are ongoing about what can be done to turn it around.”
In her last video blog post, Molly-Mae, also 25, said Tommy had recorded an audio version of the book, which promises a “candid insight” into life in “the UK’s most popular family”.
