12:37 PM PT — According to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office, deputies went to a domestic violence call in Yountville at about 10 AM on Thursday.

They made an arrest at the scene, and there were injuries reported.

The person involved in the case has requested complete privacy, the sheriff’s office said.

The investigation is still ongoing.

“Dancing With The Stars” pro Artem Chigvintsev is currently in jail in Napa, California. He was arrested for domestic battery, according to TMZ.

Artem was booked into Napa County Jail on Thursday morning on a felony domestic violence charge, as shown in online jail records.

It’s not clear what happened before Artem’s arrest or the details of the situation. However, Artem’s wife, Nikki Garcia, who used to be a WWE star, posted on Instagram Story on Wednesday saying she was in Napa as well. Right now, it’s not known if she was involved in any way.

Artem and Nikki recently celebrated their wedding anniversary. They got married in 2022 after meeting on “DWTS” in 2019 and starting a relationship. They have a 4-year-old son named Matteo and live in Napa Valley.
