As Princess Catherine gradually returns to public duties following her chemotherapy treatment, royal fans have been left wondering if they’ve seen the last of her most iconic piece of jewelry—the famous engagement ring.
After a long and challenging period of recovery, the Princess of Wales made a poignant appearance last week, offering a glimpse of her resilience and strength as she joined her husband, Prince William, at the Royal Albert Hall.
Dressed head to toe in black with a poppy adorning her coat, Catherine exuded elegance and dignity.
She paid her respects to fallen servicemen and women, embodying grace in her somber ensemble.
For jewelry, she wore Princess Diana’s diamond drop earrings, a vintage pearl necklace by Monica Vinader, and, of course, her stunning engagement ring. Catherine also donned a pin for the Fleet Air Arm, of which she is Commodore and Chief.
Notably, Queen Camilla was absent from the event. A Buckingham Palace spokesperson confirmed that the Queen had been advised by doctors to rest due to a chest infection but assured the public that she is recovering at Ray Mill House in Wiltshire and is expected to resume royal duties next week, starting with a Booker Prize reception at Clarence House.
