Kevin Costner’s ex-wife Christine Baumgartner’s engagement ring was hard to miss when she rocked the blinding diamond while out with her fiancé,
Josh Connor, for the first time since the proposal.
Baumgartner, 50, beamed while leaving the Honor Bar in Montecito,
Calif., with her husband-to-be, 49, on Thursday, January 30, exclusive photos obtained by The Post reveal.
Dressed chic but casual in a caramel-colored long-sleeve shirt with black jeans, a puffer vest and loafers, Baumgartner accessorized with a trucker hat and crossbody bag — but her engagement ring was her best addition.
As previously reported, Connor popped the question in Santa Barbara, Calif., over the weekend.
Baumgartner, who finalized her divorce from Costner in February 2024, didn’t try to conceal her left hand during the outing, proudly rocking the diamond on a date with her new fiancé.
Connor, a financier, wore a black sweater, dark slacks and tennis shoes for their lunch at the trendy eatery. He showed his future blushing bride plenty of affection, too, wrapping his arms around Baumgartner as they walked to their car.
Earlier this week, an insider spilled all about the romantic proposal.
“It was about to rain, so almost no one else was on the beach when Josh got down on one knee,” a source close to the couple told People magazine on Wednesday.
Those who know the pair weren’t surprised about the engagement, with the insider noting, “They spent Christmas in New York together last month, where it all began. They are both over the moon and excited for their future together.”
In December, an insider told The Post that Baumgartner and Connor were “so in love,” adding she was “beyond happy” to be in a committed and loving relationship with someone who shares her values.
Baumgartner filed for divorce from Costner in May 2023 after 18 years of marriage. She listed their date of separation as April 11 of that year.
The handbag designer was first photographed with Connor during a trip to Hawaii in July 2023, which included the kids she shares with Costner: Cayden, 17, Hayes, 15, and Grace, 14.
Months later, they were spotted holding hands, seemingly confirming their budding romance.
“Josh was initially just a friend,” an insider told People, adding she “likes hanging out with him.”
“He is a divorced dad and understands what she’s been going through. They both love the ocean and beach life. It’s something that makes Christine happy,” the source explained.
Baumgartner finalized her divorce with Costner last year after several months of negotiations.
The “Yellowstone” alum was ordered to pay her $63,209 in monthly child support, and one lump sum of $1 million, per their prenuptial agreement.
