Hoda Kotb Revealed Celine Dion’s Manager Told Her To Keep The Date Of Her Return Quiet
This interview had fans buzzing as Celine Dion finally updated the people during an exclusive interview on Today alongside Hoda Kotb. Dion explained why she was away, detailing her battle with stiff person syndrome. Despite the struggle, Dion made it clear that she fully intends on making a return. Most of all, she’s battling for the fans and those that believe in her.
“I’m going to go back onstage, even if I have to crawl. Even if I have to talk with my hands. I will. I will,” she tells Hoda. “I am Céline Dion, because today my voice will be heard for the first time, not just because I have to, or because I need to. It’s because I want to. And I miss it.”
Following the interview, Hoda Kotb gave her reaction to their chat. Hoda was especially blown away by how positive Dion was, especially about making a return. Hoda went on to reveal that Dion almost spoiled her return date, but was told otherwise by her manager.
“She’s going to be back on-stage, and I asked her when? And she yelled to her manager. ‘Can I tell Hoda when we will be going on stage?’ And he said, ‘No.'”
Hoda continues, “We know that there is a date upcoming. And she’s so worried about pleasing her fans.”

It remains to be seen when Dion will return, but at the very least, a return date has been decided on behind the scenes. At this point, it is all about Dion finding her voice again. But according to fans and the small snippet, Dion has still got it.

“I want you to come and see me again,” she says. “I would like to invite you to sing with me again.”
Those were Dion’s inspirational words about a return. In addition, Dion revealed her current singing voice and although the artist knows it isn’t what it once was, fans were still full of praise.
