Chris Brown and several staff members working on his 11:11 tour are being sued for $50 million for allegedly brutally assaulting and physically abusing four men who attended the concert, according to People.
The brawl reportedly broke out after the singer’s performance in Texas.
Four victims claimed to have been severely and savagely beaten by Chris Brown and his staff.
The victims said chairs were thrown at them, kicked, and repeatedly beaten after the show ended.
They claimed the attack was unprovoked. The complaint also mentioned Live Nation and their relationship “despite the singer’s history of bad behavior and violence.”
“This is Texas. People here don’t care how important or famous you think you are, you have a duty to obey the law and behave appropriately. Unprovoked violence will not be tolerated,” the complaint states.
All four victims required medical treatment after the assault, including head injuries. They are now seeking $50 million in damages, along with damages for emotional distress.
This is not the first time Chris Brown has been accused of violence. Over the years, he has faced repeated allegations of physical and sexual assault. The most shocking incident for the former star was the assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. At the time, he accepted a community service agreement, five years of probation, and was required to attend domestic violence counseling.
