But the actress’s recent emotional post didn’t help the speculation and only left fans with more questions.

In her post, Eva included a series of photos of herself along with text posts that addressed the topic of “emotions.”

The first of these text posts encouraged parents to validate all of their children’s feelings, stating, “Let’s be a generation of parents who validate their children’s sadness as much as we do their happiness.”

The second post elaborated on this sentiment, saying, “One of the greatest gifts you can give your child is complete permission to feel their emotions. Their anger, their grief, their sadness, their joy. In other words, the safety to be vulnerable with you.”

Eva Confessed She Needed To Cry

Eva added her own thoughts in a lengthy caption, beginning with the phrase, “Let me cry,” to emphasize the necessity of letting oneself fully experience and express sadness. This message resonated deeply with her audience, as the comments showed, with her followers appreciating Eva’s increasing opened on social media recently. Then again, it also raised questions, especially about what’s going on in her personal life.

“When I cry, I don’t really like when people tell me to not cry,” she wrote. “It’s usually said in a very loving way, so yes that’s beautiful, but I love when a friend encourages me to let it all out. So I do the same to my kids.”

“I advise them to keep crying as long as they need to. So I really appreciate these posts from raising_yourself,” Eva continued. “Thoughts?” she asked, opening her comments for her followers to share their thoughts.

Earlier this month, Eva opened up about her mental health, admitting she’s felt anxious. “Sometimes I get so nervous to just talk. Yup- just talk,” she wrote. “Growing up bilingual was great but I feel like I never mastered either language. So, when it comes to expressing myself – I can get super ‘ansiosa’ at times.”

Ryan Is Allegedly Considering A Break From Hollywood

Eva didn’t provide more context for what prompted her post, but it follows reports that Ryan was planning to take a break from acting to focus on their family in light of rumors of relationship strife.

“Spending time with Eva and the kids was obviously the top priority, but he also needed a break. Ryan tends to work in big spurts, then takes time off so he can come back to the next challenge with a full tank,” a source told the National Enquirer UK earlier this year.

However, a more recent report says Gosling is pushing to make a sequel to Barbie after his newest film The Fall Guy failed to live up to box office expectations. So, he may not be taking a pause from Hollywood after all.
