Pop star Miley Cyrus has confused fans with her ‘unrecognisable’ new look while appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

After a carousel of snaps were shared on Instagram, people were quick to point out that her teeth and the shape of her face ‘looked different’.

The star stunned in her black leather outfit and blue shirt as she chatted to host Jimmy Fallon. She rocked a blonde, wavy hairdo and left her dark brunette roots showing.

Miley was on the show to promote her NBC special, Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party, which she is cohosting alongside her godmother Dolly Parton

The Hannah Montana star has previously teased that the special will be ‘legendary’, and that it’s about ‘getting glamorous and dressing your best’.

While a large number of followers praised the Wrecking Ball singer for looking ‘stunning’ and ‘gorgeous’, others pointed out the alleged changes.

“What’s happening to Miley? I didn’t even recognise her. Love her though. Big part of my life since childhood,” one person asked.

“She looks different not like herself. She’s too young for enhancements,” another agreed.

Other fans debated over whether the singer had undergone cosmetic treatments or not.
