Guadagnino stood smiling next to the former president, who was wearing a navy suit, white shirt, and a red tie.
Trump sported a toothy grin, his American flag pin, and a thumbs up in the picture posted to Instagram on Sunday night.
Guadagnino included a few videos in his post from the UFC 302 fight on Saturday night in New Jersey, which Trump attended.
The reality star also shared a clip showing him and co-star Mike Sorrentino, known on the show as The Situation, on the jumbotron at the fight.
‘TRUMP ’24’
Guadagnino was immediately flooded with comments after posting the photo with Trump as the seventh pic in the slideshow on Instagram.
“Donald Trump jump scare,” wrote one fan.
“Eww is Vinny a Trump supporter,” questioned another.
“I took my like back the second I saw Trump,” said a third.
However, some people were happy to see the TV personality might support Trump.
“Okay, Vinny!! Vinny Trump ’24,” said an excited user.
Donald Trump found guilty on all counts in historic hush-money trial after facing 34 charges of falsifying business records
“Totally stepped up your game with Trump!!! You are amazing,” remarked another.
“Best picture is the one with Trump,” shared a user who also added American flag emojis.
While there were a handful of comments that argued Guadagnino “lost their respect,” one user shared that the post made him like the Jersey Shore cast member.
“Trump 2024. Now I like you, bro,” they wrote.
Several other comments read, “Trump” and “Trump 2024.”
GUILTY VERDICT
Trump became the first US president ever convicted of a felony on Thursday when jurors found him guilty on all 34 counts in his hush money trial.
Just after he was convicted, Trump gave a statement to reporters at the courthouse.
“This was a rigged trial by a conflicted judge who is corrupt. This was a rigged trial, a disgrace,” he stated.
“They wouldn’t give us a venue change. We were at 5% or 6% in this district, in this area. This was a rigged, disgraceful trial and the real verdict is going to be on November 5 by the people.
“They know what happened here, everybody knows what happened here. You have a Soros-backed DA and the whole thing, we didn’t do a thing wrong.
“I’m a very innocent man and it’s OK, I’m fighting for our country. I’m fighting for our constitution,” the former president said in part.
His sentencing is scheduled for July 11.
