Jessica Biel is staying silent following Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest, but that doesn’t mean she’s okay with his behavior.

In fact, one report claims she wishes she left him long ago, so she wouldn’t be in her current position.

Jessica Allegedly Wishes She Left Sooner

Speaking to In Touch, a source claims that Jessica nearly gave up on their marriage amid his alleged cheating scandal with Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright. After the pair were seen getting handsy on a night-out, fans were outraged, causing Justin to release a public apology both to his supporters and his wife.

“He begged Jessica for a second chance and she gave it to him,” the insider said. “But five years later, he still can’t seem to control himself when he’s partying. She can’t take much more of this behavior.”

The insider implied that Jessica’s regret over not leaving sooner could signal trouble for the couple’s marriage moving forward.

Justin’s Arrest Allegedly Left Jessica Embarrassed

The new report echoes a similar sentiment expressed by a source earlier this month, which claims that Jessica is feeling embarrassed by the situation.

“Jessica will be colossally disappointed and embarrassed that once again, Justin is in the headlines for all the wrong reasons,” they claimed to the U.S. Sun. “There’s going to be a lot of questions asked of Justin moving forward, without a doubt.”

“He clearly has this self-destructive streak that keeps rearing its head,” they added. “Jessica has shown the patience of a saint forgiving his various misdeeds over the past few years, but this is really testing her patience and then some.”

Justin was apprehended in Sag Harbor, New York, on suspicion of driving under the influence. The actor asserted that he had consumed only one drink during dinner with friends. However, officers reportedly detected the odor of alcohol on his breath after observing him driving erratically.

Despite his claim, Justin refused to take a breathalyzer test, leading to his arrest and booking. Within 24 hours, his lawyer was photographed picking him up from jail. Meanwhile, his wife, Jessica, maintained a noticeable silence both in person and on social media regarding the incident. She was seen returning to filming in New York for a new movie, but she had nothing to say publicly regarding Timberlake’s troubles.

Amid reports the singer plans to fight the arrest – right now, it appears body cam footage is the main piece of evidence in the case – a bartender came forward claiming they were the one serving Justin ahead of his arrest.

The employee corroborated Justin’s claim he only had one drink; at least, that’s how much the bartender served him at his bar.

Timberlake is currently on a world tour. Though ticket sales have allegedly been struggling, he’s continued with his scheduled dates despite the arrest. Justin is facing charges for the DWI and reportedly has a court date set for July, the same day he’s supposed to perform in Poland, though it remains to be seen if the show will need to be rescheduled.
