So far, Jessica Biel hasn’t publicly addressed her husband Justin Timberlake’s recent arrest for driving under the influence.

But a new report says the actress is understandably embarrassed by his actions.

“Jessica will be colossally disappointed and embarrassed that once again, Justin is in the headlines for all the wrong reasons,” a source told the U.S. Sun.

“There’s going to be a lot of questions asked of Justin moving forward, without a doubt.”

Earlier this week, Justin was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York under suspicion of drunken driving. The actor claimed to have had only one drink while out to dinner with friends, but officers allegedly smelled alcohol on his breath after witnessing dangerous driving.

Justin’s Arrest Is Taking A Toll On His Marriage

Justin apparently refused to do a breathalyzer, but he was still arrested and booked. His lawyer was photographed picking him up from jail within 24 hours, while Jessica remained silent in person and online.

“He clearly has this self-destructive streak that keeps rearing its head,” they continued. “Jessica has shown the patience of a saint forgiving his various misdeeds over the past few years, but this is really testing her patience and then some.”

Jessica isn’t just laying low, but she’s also focusing on her work. The actress returned to filming her new project within a day after the arrest, paparazzi photos proved.

Jessica may be further disappointed by Justin’s apparent refusal to attend rehab. TMZ reported that Timberlake has no plans to pause or cancel his ongoing world tour to check himself into treatment. Apparently, he’s going to push ahead with the tour, even though he’s facing DWI charges.

In fact, Justin’s next court date is July 27, which coincides with a performance scheduled in Poland. It’s unclear if Justin will need to push the concert to a new date.

Justin And Jessica’s Marriage Was Already In Trouble

To make matters worse, Justin and Jessica’s marriage has already been dodging rumors of relationship woes. Before embarking on his tour, reports said Jessica was skeptical of what it would do to their marriage, especially following the backlash from Britney’s memoir released last year, which shared details of her complicated relationship with Timberlake.

“Jessica is a bit worried about the tour,” a source said in February to Us Weekly. “If Justin were to have another incident, it would be the last straw for Jessica.”

By “incident,” the source was referring to the multiple instances Justin has been accused of cheating on Jessica (a pattern that has followed him in past relationships, too). But a DWI arrest could also be enough to push the couple’s long-time union over the edge.

The source said Timberlake agreed to a variety of rules to help keep their marriage strong on the tour. “[He] plans to limit his alcohol intake and remove himself from any inappropriate situations,” the source said, adding he will “be checking in with Jessica every night before he goes to bed.”

Known for her privacy, fans shouldn’t expect Jessica to publicly address the ongoing situation anytime soon.
