JoJo Siwa’s new look and sound have received mixed reactions from fans, and much of what she does and says has come under criticism.

Her recent comments about wanting to have triplets with three different surrogates are raising a few eyebrows as the former Dance Moms star gives fans a small glimpse into her plans for the future and what she would be like as a mother.

She made her comments in an interview with Cosmopolitan’s If It Were Me series, which was shared on YouTube. ​​”Because I’m gay as s*** and I have to plan a pregnancy much different than a straight person, I actually want to take three eggs, fertilize three eggs, and have three surrogates,” she shared. “So technically, they’ll all be the same batch, but they would all be born separately.”

In the same interview, JoJo Siwa discussed her plans for how she wants the surrogates and her “triplets,” but also acknowledged that there are major flaws in her plans. “I’m gonna have my surrogates, my babies, then maybe their birthdays will land on different days, and they can be like triplets, but like, not.” Anyone who knows anything about childbirth will know that it is impossible to predict the exact date and time the child will be born (some children come early, some are late, and some arrive at the predicted date of birth).

Fans of JoJo will also know this is not the first time she has spoken about having kids. She really wants three children, and she has even picked out their names. In an interview with E! News at the 35th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles earlier this year, she said, “I cannot wait to have kids.”

She continued, “One day I want to have a great little family. I got my three kids’ names picked out — Freddie, Eddie and Teddie. Got a sperm donor lined up and all! We’re ready! Just gotta be patient.” In the same interview, she confessed to being ready to have her children in a “couple of years.”

In the caption of the video interview for Cosmopolitan, the publication teased what they had chatted with JoJo Siwa about. “Watch as JoJo expresses her desire to take Gypsy Rose Blanchard to Disneyland and explains what she’d do if her partner didn’t want to name their kids Freddie, Eddie & Teddie (hint: no one comes between JoJo and her nuggets!),” part of the caption reads (yes, there is more).

Fans have taken to the comment section of the video to share their thoughts. Comments include, “Freddie Eddie and Teddie in different surrogates at the same time is out of control,” “Okay now I get why people are against surrogacy,” and “Surrogacy already has a high chance of multiples, so having three surrogates is extremely irresponsible. Not to mention, she’s still perfectly capable of being pregnant with her own kids via IVF. I hope she’s joking because she doesn’t sound very informed.”

There are many other remarks about other parts of the interview, and it is clear that not everyone is impressed by JoJo’s words.
