Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber are preparing to welcome their first child,
but fans are convinced the singer looked miserable while celebrating what should’ve been a joyous milestone for the couple, their babymoon.
Speaking to In Touch, a source shared that Justin and Hailey have been spotted spending time in Hawaii as they celebrate their last moments as a family of two.
But while the tropical setting should provide a perfect place for a babymoon, especially given the luxurious accommodations the pair are likely enjoying, Justin is apparently struggling to have a good time.
Hailey Is Reportedly Struggling To Support Justin
“Their babymoon was a complete bust. Friends who saw them at their hotel [Aman Kyoto] said they looked miserable,” the source explained. “Justin moped around and seemed sad and out of it, when this should have been one of the happiest times in his life.”
“Hailey was always by his side and tried to lift his spirits, but he rarely smiled. It didn’t look like they were having fun at all,” they continued.
A babymoon is a relaxing vacation taken by expecting parents before the birth of their baby, typically to enjoy some peaceful time together and celebrate the upcoming arrival.
The source said Hailey is trying to be supportive through Justin’s struggles, but she’s apparently finding it difficult, given that she’s navigating the challenges of a very high-profile pregnancy.
“He’s still kind of in his own world. Hailey is his only true friend, and she’s under a lot of pressure to try to see him through this rough patch. It’s tough on her, especially now that she’s pregnant,” the insider went on.
“But if anything can snap Justin out of this dark period, it’s Hailey. He loves her more than anything, and they both can’t wait to welcome their first child,” they added.
Justin’s Mental Health Is Allegedly Suffering
The source’s insights come as fans continue to worry for the pop star’s mental health. Reports of relationship problems between Justin and Hailey were circulating for months before her pregnancy was revealed – she was apparently already six months along. There were claims the couple were living apart, and that Justin’s mental health was suffering.
However, the reports haven’t died down in the wake of the couple’s pregnancy announcements. If anything, they’ve just intensified, as some fans question whether Justin’s mental health will survive a newborn, or whether the impact of a new baby will take a toll on their marriage.
“Justin has been facing some difficulties lately. He has been having a hard time and hasn’t been feeling like his usual self,” a source told Entertainment Tonight recently.
“Hailey has been doing her best to be there for Justin, but it is upsetting for her to see him struggle,” they continued “They are doing their best to make things work and be supportive of each other. They are committed to doing whatever it takes to make things better.”
Justin and Hailey haven’t commented on the buzz around his mental health.
