Kim Kardashian is no stranger to getting flack on her photos. In fact, sometimes it feels like the reality star gets backlash no matter what she posts.

However, recent images of the SKIMS founder has fans calling her out not for Photoshopping, but for a potential health problems, as suspicious lumps were noticed on Kim.

The images in question showed Kim at her son Saint’s basketball game, a regular sighting for the mom-of-four.

She was dressed casually in an oversized, all black look consisting of a boxy jacket and baggy trousers. She kept her recently bleached blonde hair tied back in a sleek ‘do and hid her faced behind big sunglasses.

Why Fans Accused Kim’s Face Of Looking Botched

Though Kim’s face was partially shieled by her frames, the unedited photos still showed her facial texture clearly, which caught the attention of the public due to her so-called “botched” appearance.

Taking to social media, some critics said that Kim’s cheeks looked slightly lumpy, potentially the result of poor filler. Some also noted that her lips looked fuller than usual.

On Reddit, side-by-sides of the unedited photos were compared to ones that appeared touched-up in which Kim’s cheeks aren’t so puffy, leading some to argue the reality star wants to intentionally hide the results of bad plastic surgery.

“What are those lumps under her glasses?” one person wrote, while another said, “Addicted to it,” in reference to her alleged Botox use.

“Can’t hide the puffiness,” another critic added.

Kim’s Met Look Caused Controversy Earlier This Week

Kim has long been the subject of plastic surgery rumors, as have many members of her family, including her mother Kris Jenner, who faced allegations that her nose was botched earlier this year in unretouched photos. Even a plastic surgeon claimed the momager appears to have had multiple surgeries on her nostril, leading to its altered appearance, though Kris has refused to comment.

The recent paparazzi photos of Kim aren’t the only time she sparked controversy this week. The reality star showed up to the Met in a glamorous silver gown, but many fans were perplexed as to why she had a raggedy-looking sweater draped over her shoulders. Coupled with her unkempt hair, many fans said her look felt rushed and dishevelled.

Kim later explained to Vogue the sweater was an ode to the “wildest” night of her life, which somehow resulted in Kim grabbing her then-boyfriend’s sweater (his identity remains a mystery) as she partied in a garden, hence why she believed the outfit was a fit for the Met’s “Garden of Time” theme.

“[It was inspired by] the wildest night of my life in a garden and I just ran out and grabbed my boyfriend’s sweater and threw it on and had to get to work. And my hair is all messed up,” she told the publication.

Kim’s look may have been controversial, but it certainly had people talking.
