Meghan Markle has been hit with new accusations by ex podcast staff who have made shocking claims about working with the duchess.
As reported by The Telegraph this week, Vanity Fair revealed that ex staff of the Duchess of Sussex, 43,
were apparently left needing “long-term therapy” after being part of the team who worked on her old podcast Archetypes – something she began after quitting life as a senior royal with Prince Harry in 2020.
A source told the publication:
“She’s constantly playing checkers – I’m not even going to say chess – but she’s just very aware of where everybody is on her board. And when you are not in, you are to be thrown to the wolves at any given moment.”
It was also claimed that some staff members needed “extended breaks from work” after being employed by the Duchess, with this not being the first time she had received complaints from employees. Buckingham Palace also had to launch an investigation after Meghan was accused of bullying staff during her time as a royal, an accusation she had previously denied.

A source told Vanity Fair: “I think if Meghan acknowledged her own shortcomings or personal contributions to situations rather than staying trapped in a victim narrative, her perception might be better.”
