Plenty of Pink’s fans were disappointed after she had to cancel a performance in Switzerland. Though they’re getting refunds, fans have been left with questions as the cause of Pink’s mysterious health issue remains undisclosed.
Insiders informed The Sun that the pop star was instructed by her medical team not to perform, at least for the one concert, though her other upcoming dates remain up in the air.
Pink recently concluded her Summer Carnival Tour shows in the UK and is currently touring across Europe. The cancelled concert was scheduled to take place in Bern, Switzerland’s capital city.
Pink’s Switzerland Concert Was Canceled
The source revealed, “Pink has cancelled her show in Bern on doctor’s orders. She has been working so hard on the road and the performances are always high octane with loads of stunts. This, naturally, takes a toll on her, and she has been advised to take a break.”
They added, “The call to cancel the gig was a hard one for her to make because she hates letting down her fans.”
Pink’s next concert is slated to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, on Saturday.
The tour promoter released a statement expressing their regret over the cancellation: “It is with great regret that we have to cancel Pink’s concert on Wednesday, 3 July, at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern. Due to illness and after a thorough medical examination, the performance has to be cancelled on doctor’s advice.”
They continued, “Unfortunately, the concert cannot be rescheduled due to the current tour planning. Tickets can be returned at the place of purchase. We deeply regret the circumstances and thank you for your understanding. We wish Pink a speedy and full recovery.”
The statement didn’t specify what Pink’s medical emergency was or if other shows will be impacted.
Pink Has Had To Cancel Performances Before

Celebrated for her dynamic performances and chart-topping hits like “Just Give Me a Reason” and “Get the Party Started,” pink has had a prolific music career spanning over two decades. Her tours are known for their high-octane stunts and energetic routines, which have occasionally taken a toll on her health.
In 2010, Pink was hospitalized after a stage accident during a concert in Germany, and in 2018, she had to cancel several shows in Australia due to a gastric virus, which stirred rumors and criticism regarding her ability to maintain her rigorous touring schedule.
Despite these challenges and the pressures of the spotlight, Pink has consistently demonstrated resilience and a commitment to her fans, continually bouncing back with renewed vigor and chart-topping music.
Even with Pink’s Switzerland performance disappointingly being canceled before it could take place, we’re sure she’ll be quick to return to the stage with enthusiasm as normal once she’s feeling better.
