Selena Gomez’s boyfriend Benny Blanco has placed his stylish New York City loft on the market for nearly $4 million.

has been listed by John Gomes for Douglas Elliman for $3,995,000, according to Realtor.

‘She’s the coolest, the nicest, the sweetest,’ Benny gushed about Selena. ‘She’s truly just like my best friend … we laugh all f***ing day.’
When he was asked about having kids, Benny said: ‘That’s my next goal [to check] on the box. I have a lot of god kids, I’ve got a ton of nephews. I love being around kids.’
Howard then asked Benny when he was going to ask Selena to marry him.
‘When I look at her, I do say, I’m always just like, “I don’t know a world where it could be better than this,”‘ he gushed.
Later, Howard said he predicted marriage in their future, and Benny replied, ‘You and me both.’
Selena was asked about her feelings about that exchange.
‘He can’t lie to save his life. If he’s asked a question, he’ll answer it,’ Gomez told Time.
‘I just cherish every moment with him. I don’t know what the future holds, but I do know that he’s not going anywhere any time soon.’
