Tori Spelling is an open book, and there are very few things she will not share with her fans.
This makes for some interesting conversations; at times, she may even overshare.
In a recent episode of her podcast, misSPELLING, titled Mis-Unconventional, the actress admitted that when she was struck in Los Angeles traffic, she had to come up with a quick solution.
No toilet was in sight, so what’s a girl gotta do? For Spelling, the answer was clear: use her son’s diaper. Spelling is a mom to five children whom she shares with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Dean McDermott, and on this particular trip, she had her diaper bag with her (although it’s a Balenciaga handbag). “Oh my God, one time at band camp, one time when Beau still was wearing diapers, I had to pee really bad,” she recalled. And it just gets worse from here.
What Did Tori Spelling Say About Using Her Son’s Diaper?
On her podcast, Tori Spelling admitted that she was stuck in traffic and desperate times called for desperate measures. “And I was like, ‘I’m not going to make it home.’ So I literally reached back in my Tori Poppins bag, and I’m like something, please God, something,” she said. “And I went through, and I’m like, aha, a diaper. And I literally put like on a diaper and pissed in my pants in Beau’s diaper. It really comes in handy, you guys.”
Beau is the couple’s youngest child, born in March 2017. That makes him seven now, so the story is old. Hearing Spelling’s stories, fans may have some questions, like how did the diaper fit? And how was she able to get it on while driving? This appears to be just one of Spelling’s many skills. This is also not the only interesting bit of information Spelling has shared recently regarding her toilet habits, and her podcast has offered great insight into her life.
What Has Tori Spelling Said About Going To The Toilet?
A week before Tori Spelling opened up about having to pee in traffic, she admitted on her misSPELLING podcast (via People) that she can never go to the toilet alone. She claimed she hasn’t “pooped [or] peed alone in 18 years,” adding, “First it was Dean, then it was kids. Beau still stands there and stares and talks to me while I’m pooping. I think I function better with people.”
Spelling admitted that she finds this co-dependent. People with young children will know that having time to themselves is a luxury, and as the actress has five kids, she has her hands full. She is also going through a difficult time adjusting to the new normal now that she and Dean McDermott have officially filed for divorce. “I honestly had spent the time taking care of the kids and focusing on them, and they weren’t ready to see their dad. And I went to see him once when he was in rehab,” she said. “And we were with therapists, and it got painful and argumentative. It was a lot.”
She hopes that they can put their differences aside in the future to create a better relationship, but she claims they are managing to co-parent well.
